Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. We do our best to
provide efficient service, and generally orders placed before
11:00am CST will be shipped the next business day. We ship
through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Expedited services are
available upon request. Overnight Orders placed before
12:00pm on Friday will be received on Monday, unless Saturday
delivery is specified. Saturday deliveries entail
additional fees. For Candain and Internation Orders, all
Duties and Customs are paid for by the customer. If you
need your order expedited, please list that in the Special
Comments Section on the Shipping Options Page. |

Return Policy For Items At Bobby Bead! |
There are NO refunds. Within
30 days of purchase, you may
exchange the merchandise for a store credit, or for a different
product. You MUST have your original register receipt or
mail order invoice with you (or sent with the item) at the time
of the exchange. All merchadise must be in the original
packaging, & be in the original condition. Store credits
are issued for items
returned if there are no items to exchange.
*Please Note* Store Credits expire within
30 Days of issue.
After 30 days, the Store Credit is
Void.
