Do you have a catalog?

We do not have a printed catalog. Our stock changes
constantly and an online catalog can grow easier with
the company. We are working to get our products
online. We currently have all of our TOHO® Products
online and we have
some of our Bali
silver online. You can
then order by emailing us your order at info@bobbybead.com
or toho@bobbybead.com
or calling us at 612-879-8181.

We currently do not have online ordering. You can get
stock information and numbers off the website and then
call (612-879-8181), email ( request@bobbybead.com
), or fax us (612-879-6712) with your order.

I'm ready to order. What do I do?
A. Just email request@bobbybead.com
or call us at 612-879-8181 or toll-free at
1-888-900-BEAD. Or fax us at 612-879-6712. Please
include stock number, type of item, quantity you
desire, your name & address, and payment
information. Also please indicate whether or not you
are registered with us as a tax-exempt client.
We will process your request and get back to you as soon as we can.
We offer UPS and USPS delivery on
all orders. We
ship Monday-Friday. All
orders received after 1:00 p.m. CST will be shipped the next business
day.
(under $25, add $5 for processing fee).

Are all the items in your store online?
A. Definitely
not. We are working on getting our inventory online,
but it is a slow process and we have a VERY large
inventory. Also, stock changes daily and it would be
difficult for us to keep most things current. Please
call us at 612-879-8181 with questions or to re-order
items you have bought.

Is there a minimum for Mail Order?
A. We have a minimum order of $25. Anything below that
will be charged an extra $5 processing fee in
addition to the regular shipping and handling.
There may be extra fees for overseas customers. All
orders received after 3:00 p.m. CST will be shipped
the next business day.

What
methods of payment do you accept?
A.
We accept Cash, Personal Check (with a valid ID), MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express.

How often is the stock on your website updated?
A.
The TOHO® & FORWARD® Taiwan stock is updated once a week and the
Bali
is updated about once
a month. Please call, email, or fax us with
specific questions about the stock.

If I am a registered Tax-Ex customer do I still get
20% off of the Bali Silver Super-Bulk, TOHO® ¼ kilos
or FORWARD® Taiwan ½ kilos?

Our TOHO® Seed beads,
Bali
Silver,
and FORWARD® Taiwan are already Wholesale priced. You do not get a further
discount, however, you are still tax-exempt.

How do I register with Bobby Bead as a Tax-Exempt
Customer?
A.
Pick up a registration form from us here at Bobby
Bead, or contact us to obtain one. Fill out the appropriate form completely &
legibly and return it to us. You will
receive your card within 7-10 business days of turning in
your form. Once your form is processed and/or you get
your card in the mail you are officially registered
with us. Once registered, you will receive a 20%
discount on purchases over $10. Until you receive your
card, you must spend $100 to receive your discount.

Do You offer Net Terms?
A. At the present time we do not. The best form of
payment to expedite an order is with a credit card.
Checks will delay your order a significant amount of
time.

Are you a wholesale or retail store?
A. A little of both.
We are primarily a retail store; however, we are a
direct importer of TOHO® Seed Beads and we have our
own Bali Silversmiths. We offer wholesale prices on TOHO®
seed beads and Bali
Silver.
Q.
Do you have items that the other wholesalers do not?
A.
Yes. We are the exclusive wholesaler for some of our
products. We are the only source for some unusual TOHO®
items to the best of our knowledge. We also have
hundreds of Handmade Bali
Silver items that are our own designs and the
designs of our exclusive silversmiths. We are adding
dozens of items to the
Bali
web pages every month.
We also will continue to expand our selection of
Direct Imported Wholesale Items.

What is your return policy?
A.
There
are no
refunds.
Within 30
days
of purchase, you may return merchandise for a store
credit or exchange.
You must have your original register receipt
with you at the time of return.
All
merchandise must be in original packaging & be in
original condition. Store
credits must be
redeemed within 30
days
of issue, after which it will be expired and void.

Do you have off-street parking? A.
No. We do not have a
parking lot. There are meters out front on Hennepin
Ave. There are no meters on 28th; also, if you take a
right onto Girard, off of 28th, there are no meters.
There is a pay lot ½ block South on Hennepin next to
the new transit station.
